We are excited to announce an opportunity for a kind and passionate Early Years Practitioner to join our beautiful nursery in Molesey, Surrey, KT8. *Please note you will be based in their KT12 setting (10 minutes away) until March 2025.

Days/Hours: (Please see below)

• 4 Days - 38.5 hours per week
• Or Part Time 18-20 hours per week.
• Shifts between 7.30am - 6.30pm

*Please note we cannot accommodate school hours or term time

Salary: £12.00-£14.00ph (Depending on experience/Qualifications)

About the Role – Early Years Practitioner
In this role, you will support children’s learning and development, following the EYFS standards to create a warm and stimulating environment. You’ll work closely with children, parents, and carers, contributing to a high standard of care and education. Our priority is to ensure a safe, fun environment for the children we take care of.

Early Years Practitioner Responsibilities

• Providing the highest level of childcare and early education experiences for all children in the nursery.
• Working as part of a passionate staff team and contributing to the running and development of the nursery.
• Ensuring that children's learning and development are celebrated with the child and their families.
• Using your knowledge and understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage & child development to plan and implement interest-led, engaging learning activities on a daily basis.

About You
The ideal candidate will:

• Hold a minimum Level 2 qualification in Early Years (full and relevant)
• Have previous experience as a nursery practitioner or similar role
• Demonstrate a strong commitment to outdoor learning and inclusive practices
• Possess excellent communication skills for interacting with parents and carers
• Be eligible to work in the UK
