Early Years Practitioner Salary

• £12.00-£12.50 per hour (Depending on experience/qualifications/degree/age)

Days/Hours options: (All Permanent and All Year Round)

• 40 Hours across 4 or 5 days
• Shifts between 7.30am-6.30pm

*Please not we cannot accommodate term time or school hours

About the Role
In this role, you will support children’s learning and development, following the EYFS standards to create a warm and stimulating environment. You’ll work closely with children, parents, and carers, contributing to a high standard of care and education through engaging activities.

Early Years Practitioner Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality care and early education for children aged 0-5 years.
• Work closely with families and demonstrate excellent communication skills.
• Support children’s learning and development in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
• Demonstrate a clear love for working with young children and a commitment to their well-being and development.
• Adhere to nursery policies and procedures, including safeguarding children at all times.
• Ensure the highest standards of care and support in a safe and stimulating environment.

About You
The ideal candidate will:

• Hold a Minimum Level 2+ qualification in Early Years (full and relevant)
• Have previous experience as a nursery practitioner or similar role
• Demonstrate a strong commitment to outdoor learning and inclusive practices
• Possess excellent communication skills for interacting with parents and carers
• Be eligible to work in the UK
