Salary

• £11.80-£13.00 per hour (Depending on experience/qualifications)

FLEXIBLE Days/Hours options: (All Permanent and All Year Round)

• 41 Hours across 4.5 Days
• 40 Hours across 4 days
• 30 Hours across 3 days
• 8-1pm across 5 Days
• 1-6pm across 5 Days

*Please not we cannot accommodate term time or school hours

About the Role
In this role, you will support children’s learning and development, following the EYFS standards to create a warm and stimulating environment. You’ll work closely with children, parents, and carers, contributing to a high standard of care and education through engaging activities.

Early Years Practitioner Responsibilities

• Providing the highest level of childcare and early education experiences for all children in the nursery.
• Working as part of a passionate staff team and contributing to the running and development of the nursery.
• Ensuring that children's learning and development are celebrated with the child and their families.
• Using your knowledge and understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage & child development to plan and implement interest-led, engaging learning activities on a daily basis.

About You
The ideal candidate will:

• Hold a Minimum Level 2+ qualification in Early Years (full and relevant)
• Have previous experience as a nursery practitioner or similar role
• Demonstrate a strong commitment to outdoor learning and inclusive practices
• Possess excellent communication skills for interacting with parents and carers
• Be eligible to work in the UK
