 Days/Hours:

• Monday-Friday / 40 Hours / All Year
• Shifts between 7.30am-6.30pm

 About the Role

As the Deputy Nursery Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our nursery, ensuring a safe, nurturing, and educational environment for all children. You will lead a team of enthusiastic staff, work closely with parents, and ensure the highest standards of care and learning are maintained. The role is mainly room based.

 Deputy Manager Responsibilities

• Responsible for managing the daily activities
• Maintaining a nurturing, educational environment
• Providing opportunities and support to promote staff development
• Leading and managing the nursery team/Supporting the manager
• Ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements
• Creating and implementing engaging educational programs
• Building positive relationships with parents, children, and staff
• Managing budgets, resources, and overall nursery operations

 About You

The ideal candidate will:

• Hold a minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years (full and relevant)
• Have at least 1 years previous experience in a nursery managerial role
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• A passion for early childhood education and a commitment to providing the best care possible
• Be eligible to work in the UK
