As part of this growth, they're looking for an IT Field Operations Engineer to join the team, supporting a variety of UK sites and playing a key role in infrastructure improvements, technology rollouts and day-to-day operational support. You'll work closely with the central IT Operations team, supporting hardware deployments, Meraki networking, firewall changes, Microsoft 365 technologies and site-based IT projects. The role will suit someone who enjoys getting stuck into practical technical work, is comfortable travelling to different locations and is passionate about continually learning new technologies. IT FIELD OPERATIONS ENGINEER ESSENTIAL SKILLS • Previous experience within an IT Support or IT Field Engineer role • Good understanding of networking principles with exposure to Meraki preferred • Firewall experience or a willingness to develop further in this area • Experience supporting Microsoft Windows and Microsoft 365 environments • Strong troubleshooting and communication skills • Full UK Driving Licence • A genuine passion for technology, learning and continuous improvement Whether you're already working as a Field Engineer or are looking to step into a role with greater responsibility, we'd love to hear from candidates who have the right technical foundations and a desire to grow.
