es.· Perform root cause analysis to identify recurring technical problems and develop solutio
ns.· Excellent in troubleshooting break/fix issues of windows and mac comput
ers· Assist with network connectivity issues, including LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, and V
PN.· Collaborate with IT team members on projects, upgrades, and implementatio
ns.· Maintain accurate records of work performed, issues, and resolutions using the compan
y'sticketing syst
em.· Provide remote support and troubleshooting for users working from home or in the fie
ld.· Train and mentor junior support technicians as need
ed.· Ensure compliance with IT policies, security protocols, and best practic
es.· Perform routine maintenance and inspections to ensure optimal performance of equipm

ns:· Associate's or bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or rela
tedfield, or equivalent work experien
ce.· 2-4 years of experience in a desktop support or similar ro
le.· Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating syste
ms.· Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and other common software applicatio
ns.· Experience with Active Directory, group policies, and user account manageme
nt.· Familiarity with remote desktop tools and support softwa
re.· Excellent problem-solving and analytical skil
ls.· Strong communication and interpersonal skil
ls.· Ability to work independently and as part of a te
am.· Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified Desktop Supp
