The Opportunity We are now looking for an exceptional, passionate, and dedicated Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to join our experienced team. Working within our carefully prepared Montessori environments, you will provide high-quality care and education, supporting babies and toddlers through their crucial early years of development. This involves planning and delivering engaging, age-appropriate, multi-sensory activities that support children’s physical, emotional, social, and cognitive development. Key Responsibilities: • Observe and record children’s progress, contributing to individual learning plans. • Help maintain a stimulating, safe, and orderly classroom environment. • Support daily routines, promote independence, and encourage positive behavior. • Build strong partnerships with families and collaborate closely with colleagues. • Ensure safeguarding, health and safety, and EYFS standards are consistently met. Qualifications & Requirements We are looking for an enthusiastic practitioner who recognizes the individuality of each child and supports their natural development through positive, respectful, and nurturing interactions. • Qualifications: Holds a full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification recognized in the UK (e.g., NVQ Level 3, CACHE, or equivalent). • Experience: Background working with babies and young children aged 6 months to 5 years in a nursery or preschool environment. • Approach: Warm, caring, and nurturing with excellent communication and teamwork skills. • Knowledge: Solid understanding of early childhood development, the EYFS framework, and the importance of parental partnerships. • Compliance: Clear understanding of child safeguarding, health and safety, and inclusion. • Desirables: A genuine interest in Montessori education (Montessori experience is highly beneficial but not essential) and a Paediatric First Aid certification.
