Role Overview: • We are looking for a detail-oriented Junior Accountant to join our Finance team. • The successful candidate will support the day-to-day accounting operations, with a focus on accounts payable, accounts receivable, treasury activities, and month-end processes. • This role requires a strong understanding of accounting principles, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: • Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions, and support daily banking activity • Assist with monthly and and year-end financial closing activities • Perform bank, balance sheet, and intercompany reconciliations • Assist with month-end close and management reporting processes • Support external audits by providing required documentation • Monitor accounts receivable and manage debt recovery by following up on outstanding customer payments Qualifications Skills & Attribtes: • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred) • 1 - 2 years’ post-qualification accounting experience, ideally within a fast-paced or multi-entity environment • Experience using NetSuite (preferred) and strong Microsoft Excel skills. • FMCG experience is appreciated • Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy • Good understanding of financial controls, reconciliations, and reporting deadlines • Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively • Strong communication and collaboration abilities. • Strong interpersonal skills to evolve into a multicultural environment • Thinking agility to assess problems and proactively propose solutions • Enjoy problem solving • Strong analytical skills • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely • Able to gather and reconcile information from multiple parties to identify a solution • Rigorous and accurate Benefits: • H&H Group offers flexible, hybrid working.
