What Were Looking For • Level 2 or Level 3 Childcare qualification (or above) • A genuine passion for working with children • Good knowledge of the EYFS, safeguarding and child development • Excellent communication and teamwork skills • First Aid qualification (desirable) Your Role Youll play a key part in creating a safe, stimulating and nurturing environment where children can learn through play. Youll build strong relationships with children, parents and colleagues, support each childs development, complete observations and learning journeys, and help deliver outstanding care every day.
