In order to support these activities, we are currently seeking a Marketing Executive
.
Reporting into the Medical Marketing Manager, the Marketing Executive is responsible for the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and product adoptio
n.
Following the brief of the Medical Marketing Manager, this role focuses on developing and implementing tactical marketing activities, managing content creation, and ensuring consistent messaging across all channe
ls.
The Marketing Executive plays a vital role in delivering campaigns on time and within budget while upholding regulatory compliance in a healthcare and pharmaceutical environm
ent.
In collaboration with the Medical Marketing Manager and Regional Brand Leads, the Marketing Executive will develop digital and email campaigns - optimising, tracking and reporting on perform
ance.
As a medical devices company, the Marketing Executive will also take ownership of the submitting materials to the companies Promotional Material Review Committee (PMRC) to ensure that all campaigns are adherent to industry guidelines and regula
tions.

· Collaborate and assist in the development and delivery of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, and event pl
atforms.· Coordinate timelines, resources, and stakeholders to ensure projects are executed effe
ctively.· Support product launches by preparing marketing materials and coordinating roll-out act
ivities.· Maintain brand consistency across all marketing communi
cations.· Produce engaging and scientifically accurate marketing content, including brochures, presentations, website copy, and social medi
a posts.· Work with external agencies, designers, and suppliers to develop marketing col
lateral.· Update and maintain the company website, social media channels, and digital assets
library.· Responsible for the creation, publication, and scheduling of social med
ia posts· Organize and manage logistics for trade shows, medical conferences, symposia, and w
ebinars.· Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure successful event d
elivery.· Gather and report on post-event feedback and analytics to improve future act
ivities.· Conduct competitor and market analysis to support campaign planning and product posi
tioning.· Collect and interpret customer feedback to guide marketing init
iatives.· Provide insights to senior marketing colleagues for strategy deve
lopment.· Track and report on campaign performance using analytic
s tools.· Maintain marketing databases, CRM systems, and distributio
n lists.· Manage purchase orders, invoices, and budget tracking in coordination with the finan
