The role offers real ownership, senior stakeholder exposure, and the chance to influence financial performance across the region The Role Reporting into senior finance leadership, you will be responsible for end-to-end financial control for the UK entity/entities, ensuring robust financial reporting, compliance, and commercial insight. Key responsibilities inclu • Full ownership of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close • Statutory reporting and compliance for the business • Managing budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis • Acting as a key finance partner to local and regional stakeholders • Ensuring strong internal controls and continuous process improvement • Liaising with external auditors, tax advisors, and internal teams The Ideal Candidate • Fully qualified accountant (ACA) • Strong financial control background within a complex or multinational environment • Solid knowledge of statutory reporting and compliance • Confident communicator with the ability to influence senior stakeholders • Proactive, detail-oriented, and commercially minded What’s on Offer • £80,000 - £85,000 base salary • Competitive bonus and benefits package • Hybrid working - 2 days in office • Excellent career progression within a globally recognised brand • Supportive, high-calibre finance team and inclusive culture
