£35,000.00/yr - £40,000.00/yr
Digital Account Manager
Hybrid (2 days in)
£up to £40K
This is far more than a traditional account management role. You'll become the strategic partner clients rely on. The person who takes ambitious business goals and translates them into clear, effective, multi-channel marketing strategies. With a strong focus on performance marketing, you'll lead conversations across paid media, SEO, content, creative campaigns, and analytics, bringing together insight, strategy, and execution to deliver measurable results.
Working closely with specialists across the agency, you'll help shape campaigns that cut through the noise, drive growth, and create meaningful impact.
You'll be the person who can simplify complexity, uncover opportunities, join the dots and help clients see the bigger picture.
A typical week might involve:
• Developing multi-channel digital strategies aligned to client objectives
• Managing and growing key B2B client relationships
• Analysing campaign performance and uncovering opportunities to improve ROI
• Leading client presentations, quarterly business reviews and strategic planning sessions
• Collaborating with SEO, Paid Media, Content, Creative and Development teams
• Turning data into compelling stories and actionable recommendations
• Helping clients understand not just what's happening, but why it matters
You'll be joining a collaborative team that designs, builds, and grows digital experiences across WordPress, HubSpot and beyond, helping B2B brands stand out, scale and succeed.
About you
You're probably sitting somewhere around the 3–5-year mark in your digital marketing career and you've developed a genuine fascination with how different channels work together to drive growth. You love the blend of strategy, client relationships and performance marketing & you're as comfortable discussing a paid media strategy or SEO performance as you are talking about brand positioning, messaging, or customer journeys.
Most importantly, you're curious. You ask questions. You connect dots others miss. And you're excited by the idea of being part of a close-knit agency where everyone can make a visible impact.
This role would suit someone who prefers being part of a growing, ambitious agency rather than feeling like a small cog in a large corporate machine.
