Marketing Executive Location: Eynsham (Hybrid working as required) Working Pattern: 4 days per week Salary: £40,000 pro rata Why This Role is Great You'll have the opportunity to: • Play a key role in planning and delivering marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels. • Help generate new business opportunities through engaging lead generation activity. • CRM management, customer segmentation and email marketing. • Create compelling content for websites, social media, email campaigns, case studies, blogs and sales materials. • Support website improvements, SEO initiatives and AI search optimisation projects. • Monitor campaign performance, analyse marketing data and provide insights that influence future strategy. • Work closely with commercial teams to produce presentations, marketing resources and customer communications. • Get involved in exhibitions, product launches and events that showcase innovative products to international audiences. • Bring fresh ideas to a business that values initiative, creativity and continuous improvement. About You You'll enjoy this opportunity if you're someone who wants to continue building your marketing career while developing new skills and taking ownership of meaningful projects. You'll ideally bring experience in areas such as: • Marketing, Business or a related qualification, or equivalent practical experience. • Around three years' experience in a marketing or similar role. • Writing engaging content across a variety of channels. • Supporting digital marketing campaigns and marketing administration. • Working with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce or similar. • SEO, website content management or digital marketing best practices. • Marketing analytics, reporting and turning data into useful insights. • Microsoft Office and spreadsheet-based reporting. • Google Analytics or similar reporting platforms. • AI tools that improve productivity, content creation or marketing performance. • Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or similar design software.
