Twinkles Nurseries are looking for Nursery Practitioners to join our team at our nursery in Boston Spa

Qualified to a minimum of level 3 and previous experience in a childcare setting is preferred, but not essential.

As part of the job role you will be required to provide exciting activities to inspire Awe and Wonder in the children you are looking after, as well as enabling them to develop in all areas of the EYFS and supporting their emotional wellbeing. A good knowledge of both the 7 areas of Learning and Development and the COEL is essential, as you will be using these every day! You will also be required to have a good understanding of Safeguarding and be able to work with the rest of the team to meet Ofsted requirements and Twinkles expectations, as we pride ourselves on providing high quality childcare. Good communication skills are also required including good levels of written and spoken English. A Friendly personality will enable you to build positive relationships with parents, colleagues and other professionals. You will be working with children age from 3 months to 5 years, so energy and enthusiasm are a must, along with the ability to adapt quickly to become an integral part of the Twinkles team.
