Nursery Practitioner Qualified L2 / L3

Location: Shortlands  Bromley BR2

Salary: GBP24,000 to GBP26,000 per year

Hours: 40 hours a week. Monday to Friday

Contract: Full-time Permanent

We are currently recruiting for a skilled and experienced Nursery Practitioner L2 / L3 to be based in our nursery located in Shortlands Bromley. The nursery offers state-of-the-art facilities, combining bright and spacious indoor rooms along with fabulous outdoor areas.

To be considered for the Nursery Practitioner role you must have:

• At least 1 years' experience in a Nursery Practitioner role or equivalent
• Level 2/3 or above qualification in Early Years childcare
• Excellent knowledge & understanding of the EYFS & Statutory framework
• Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Ability to use your own initiative
• Your passion to be shown in your day-to-day interaction with children Ensure all children are safeguarded and their welfare and safety are promoted.
•  The right to work in the UK

The key responsibilities for a Qualified Nursery Practitioner is to:

• Provide a safe, stimulating, and educational environment for the children to learn, play and develop
• Create interesting and inspiring activities to children to learn through play
• Build relationships with key children and record their interests and achievements through observations
• Use a friendly approach with parents and carers
• To build caring relationship with children, families and the team
