Baby Room Leader / Nursery Practitioner

Location: Camden 

Salary: £27,000 – £28,000 per year Nursery Room Leader

Salary: £23,000 – £26,000 per year Nursery Practitioner

Hours: 8 hours shift  Monday to Friday 

Contract: Permanent, Full-time

We are currently looking for a passionate and experienced Baby Room Leader and a Nursery Practitioner  qualified level 3 to join our hard working and fun loving team in our nursery in  Hampstead NW6 area. This nursery has fresh, spacious rooms and a lovely garden space too for the children.

As Room Leader, you will:

Provide stimulating and purposeful experiences, environments and resources to children, that are appropriate to their age and stage of development.

Enhance the all-around daily needs of children, including their physical, intellectual, social and emotional development

· To contribute to and implement Nursery policies

· Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure the well-being of all children

· Assist with embedding an effective key person approach to enable children to form secure attachments and identify training or development needs for staff

· Maintain accurate records and accounts relating to children and staff on their system and on file

· Ensure the safety and wellbeing of every child, staff, parent and visitor at all times

· Understand and ensure that the requirements of the statutory framework for the EYFS are met

Skills Requirement – Baby Room Leader 

Minimum qualification of Level 3 Early Years

· 2+ years experience in a Room Leader position

· Comprehensive knowledge of the EYFS

· Good team player with positive attitude

Benefits on offer:

· Salary of between £27,000 – £28,000 pa depending upon experience

· 28 days holiday including bank holidays
