We are now on the lookout for a Financial Analyst to support the Finance team in delivering accurate and timely financial reporting, budgeting, and analysis across our multi-entity group structure. WHO YOU’LL BE WORKING WITH This position will report directly to the Finance Director, Europe & Americas You’ll also collaborate with colleagues across US, EU and other regions and with Group HQ teams. WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING Financial Reporting & Analysis • Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports across multiple jurisdictions. • Analyse revenue, cost, and margin data by product line, geography, and customer segment. • Support the consolidation of group financials and intercompany reconciliations. • Monitor and report on key financial metrics and KPIs relevant to the payments industry (e.g. take rate, transaction volume, net revenue margin). Budgeting & Forecasting • Contribute to the annual budgeting process and quarterly reforecasting exercises. • Build and maintain financial models to support scenario planning and business decision-making. • Track actuals vs. budget and produce variance analyses with clear commentary. Compliance & Controls • Assist in maintaining internal controls and ensuring adherence to group accounting policies. Ad Hoc Analysis • Prepare financial models and business cases to support new product launches or market expansion. • Respond to ad hoc data and analysis requests from senior stakeholders. WHAT YOU BRING • 1-3 years of experience in a finance, accounting, or financial analysis role. • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, financial modelling). • Solid understanding of financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow). • Exposure to the payments, FinTech, or financial services industry. • Experience with ERP or financial reporting tools (e.g. NetSuite, SAP, Xero, Hyperion). • Knowledge of multi-currency accounting and intercompany processes. • Part-qualified or enrolled in a professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent). • Able to use AI to build financial models and analytical reviews. WHO YOU ARE • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline. • Keen attention to detail with strong numerical and analytical skills. • Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment. • Professional working proficiency in English (written and spoken).
