Camino Partners are partnering with a well-established international recruitment business to recruit a Senior Group Accountant into a newly available role within their Group Finance team. Operating across multiple countries and with a complex group structure, the business has built a strong reputation within its sector and continues to invest in its finance function as it enters its next phase of growth. This role has arisen as part of a planned transition within the team and offers the opportunity to take ownership of key group finance activities while positioning yourself for longer-term progression into a broader Group Financial Controller remit. This is an excellent opportunity for a technically strong qualified accountant who enjoys group accounting, controls, audit and reporting. You'll work closely with senior finance leadership, gain exposure to an international business, and play a key role in strengthening processes, controls and financial governance across the group. Key Responsibilities: • Lead and coordinate the annual audit process across multiple entities and jurisdictions. • Manage and review month-end group reporting activities, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. • Own intercompany accounting and reconciliations across a complex international group structure. • Support statutory reporting and technical accounting requirements across the business. • Partner with overseas finance teams and external stakeholders to ensure consistent reporting standards. • Drive improvements in financial controls, processes, policies and governance across the group. What We're Looking For: • ACA or ACCA qualified. • Strong technical accounting expertise. • Experience within a group finance, reporting or financial control environment. • Exposure to multi-entity or international group structures. • Strong audit, statutory reporting and control experience. • Ambitious individual looking to develop into a future finance leadership role.
