Job Description

Human Resources Associate London (hybrid) | Global Boutique Investment Firm | High-Growth Environment Frazer Jones is partnering with a global boutique investment firm undergoing a significant period of transformation. This is not a steady-state HR role. This is an opportunity to step into a business that’s evolving quickly and needs someone who can bring structure, precision, and momentum to its HR function. The Opportunity: We’re looking for an HR Associate who thrives in the engine room of a business - someone who can own operations, drive improvements, and get stuck into meaningful project work with real autonomy. You’ll support a high-performing, internationally distributed workforce across the UK, EMEA, and APAC - gaining exposure well beyond a typical “HR admin” role. Expect variety. Expect pace. Expect visibility. What You’ll Be Doing: This role sits at the heart of the HR function, combining core operational excellence with continuous improvement: • Own end-to-end HR operations across the employee lifecycle • Support recruitment processes, from coordination through to offer and onboarding • Deliver seamless onboarding and offboarding experiences • Maintain accurate, audit-ready HR data across systems and records • Partner closely with Payroll, Finance, and internal stakeholders • Support regulatory and compliance processes in a highly governed environment • Contribute to HR reporting, dashboards, and data insights • Get involved in projects that drive efficiency, scale, and employee experience This is more than process, it’s about making HR work better. The Environment: • A global, investment-led business operating at speed • A firm going through meaningful change and integration • A culture that values ownership, rigour, and delivery • Lean enough that your work is visible, and matters! You won’t be hidden in layers here. About You: You’re someone who: • Brings between 2-5 years’ HR experience, ideally in financial services • Has strong HR operations fundamentals - detail matters to you • Is comfortable working across multiple jurisdictions (EMEA exposure a plus) • Knows how to navigate HR systems • Is proactive, you spot gaps and fix them • Can balance process discipline with adaptability • Handles sensitive information with absolute discretion and professionalism Why This Role Stands Out: You’ll have: • Autonomy to improve how things are done • Exposure to senior stakeholders and complex environments • The chance to blend operational delivery with project work • A platform to accelerate your HR career in a high-calibre business
