Position Summary: This position is in the accounts receivable team looking after various EMEA entities within Convergint. The responsibilities will include the accurate and smooth running of credit checks, project loading, invoicing procedures, allocating daily cash receipts, setting up new customers and sites, dealing with queries from customers and colleagues and month end procedures to meet strict deadlines. Job Responsibilities: • Set up customers in Spectrum and Netsuite • Set up sites / Jobs in Spectrum and Netsuite. • Perform Credit Checks for customers • Perform Billing cycle, loading projects (jobs) • Intercompany invoices • Posting daily exchange rates • Allocate daily cash receipts • Dealing with Customer and Colleague queries relating to Accounts Receivables • Month end reconciliations Secondary Tasks & Responsibilities: • Holiday and Sickness cover for other areas in the accounts department • Customer monthly reports • Other tasks as required to meet business needs • Ad hoc tasks relating to global Netsuite implementation Job Skills Requirements: • Proficient computer skills including familiarity with MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel) • Excellent organisational skills • Excellent numeracy skills • Attention to details Education Requirements: • O Level / GCSE Maths /English required Experience Requirements: • Previous experience in a similar role required
