We’ve partnered with a high-growth, private equity-backed tech-enabled business who are looking to appoint a Group Director of FP&A, based in Central London. This role offers the opportunity to professionalise and scale the FP&A capability, ensuring it is fit for purpose for a PE-backed business heading towards an exit. You will play a key role in driving value creation across the organisation. The business is entering a critical phase, focused on building a high-performing, scalable finance function to support its growth ambitions. The priority is to enhance performance visibility, strengthen decision-making, and embed a forward-looking finance capability aligned to investor expectations. Key Responsibilities: Reporting directly to the Group CFO, you will lead FP&A and oversee finance transformation initiatives. This is a high-impact role combining strategic planning, operational delivery, and transaction readiness.
